The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible, so friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of all the action. The rooms were cozy but comfortable, with great air conditioning and a good selection of TV channels. We loved having cold drinks and snacks available in the room too. a fantastic stay!

The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as wide hallways and ramps, which made it easy for me to navigate around the property without any issues.

I would have preferred if the staff were more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they were more aware of the specific requirements that older individuals may have and were more proactive in offering assistance or providing any additional support.
