I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The decor was elegant and tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as wide hallways and ramps, which made it easy for me to navigate around the property without any issues.
I would have preferred if the staff were more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they were more aware of the specific requirements that older individuals may have and were more proactive in offering assistance or providing any additional support.

The rooftop buffet offered an amazing selection of dishes and was a highlight of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our overall experience more enjoyable.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable during our stay. the noise level at night was quite high due to nearby bars and clubs, which may not be ideal for light sleepers.

Loved the "stylish" room with its mini fridge and smoke detectors, perfect for a wild party all night long. Great dining options nearby at Five Oysters and The View Rooftop Bar.
Who needs sleep? The "stuffy and hot" room with non-working AC and constant noise was just delightful.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and was impressed with the top room amenities, including a work desk, at Rosabella Ho Chi Minh City. The event facilities, such as the conference space and meeting room, were perfect for networking and collaborating with colleagues.
The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment for any last-minute preparations or work-related needs.
